Fly Now Pay Later (“us”, “we” or “our”) is a fully IATA-accredited travel agent. We provide online travel search services (like flight and hotel comparisons) and other travel-related services (collectively, the “Services”) through our websites, apps, and other platforms (the “Platforms”).

The travel products you book through us are provided by independent airlines, hotels, and other operators (“Travel Providers”). These are subject to their own terms and conditions. We will always show you who the provider is.

Our official company name is Fly Now Pay Later (Pty) Ltd, registered in the Republic of South Africa (Reg: 2024/643227/07).

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Services. By using them, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may amend these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll publish the new version, and your continued use of our services will mean you accept the changes. If you don’t agree with the terms, you should not use our platforms.

You may only use our Services for legitimate, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not use our platforms for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our business or reputation.

This includes agreeing not to copy our data, use bots, reverse-engineer our software, or upload malicious code. We have invested heavily in our platform, and we will take action to protect it.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. Our services are not intended for children under 18.

We take your privacy seriously and operate under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”). Any personal data you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

If you upload content (like reviews or images), you are responsible for it and must have the right to share it. By sharing, you grant us a license to use that content to operate and promote our services.

If you give us feedback or suggestions, we own the rights to that feedback and can use it freely.

All intellectual property rights in our Services and Platforms (our software, data, trademarks, etc.) are owned by or licensed to Fly Now Pay Later. Using our services does not grant you any rights to this property.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe your copyright is being infringed, please contact our Legal Department with the details specified below.

Your use of our Services is at your own risk. While we work hard to ensure all information (like prices) is accurate, we can't guarantee it. Our services are provided "as is."

Fly Now Pay Later is not responsible for the travel services provided by third parties. If you have a problem with a booking, you must resolve it with the relevant Travel Provider. Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, capped at R2300-00.

You will be responsible for any losses or damages we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between us. If any part is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
